ELECTROYOGI ELECTROLYSIS UPDATED PROTOCOLS AND INFORMATION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

Hell0, beautiful human beings! How many updates to this protocols page have we made since last March?! I have lost count! But, here goes the latest, because if you know me, and you know ElectroYogi, you know that communication is our priority for you!
We are now fully up and running, with all our hospital-grade protocols and protections in place for you. Unfortunately, this pandemic has shrunk our pre-pandemic team by 50%, which means we are only able to serve a fraction of the clients we used to with 4 team members. For this reason, we are currently taking on few to no new clients at this time. Our priority is to serve each and every one of our returning customers, and any new ones, with all the time and attention, love and compassion they deserve, and to do that, we need to have space on the schedule for people to get treated regularly. At this moment, my wonderful colleague Vanessa is booked out 6-8 weeks in advance and I am holding off on new client appointments until at least September/October, when I hope to have at least one new electrologist on the team to help support you great people. For now, please be patient with us, and know that the journey of permanent hair removal may be long, but it is so worth it… YOU ARE WORTH IT!

Please also know that it may take up to a week to hear from us, as we are very busy seeing our existing clients. From the waitlist, we go in order of emails received, and we save every one of them. We are not accepting any online bookings for new clients, but returning clients can email us to get access to our booking link.

ELECTROYOGI PANDEMIC APPOINTMENT UPDATES, PROTOCOLS, AND PROCEDURES
- We kindly request that you continue to be healthy and masked when you come for your appointment, and notify us >24 hours in advance should you need to update or change your appointment, per our cancellation policy.
- Upon arrival, please text your electrologist and wait in the beautiful outside seating area, rather than inside the office waiting room.
- Immediately upon arrival, please wash your hands or use our readily available hand sanitizer.
- Unfortunately, we are still limiting chatting during appointments on the face, due to evidence that coronavirus droplets from conversations alone can linger in the air for hours after someone has departed, and we don’t know who is vaccinated.
- When it comes time to check out, we have a completely contactless payment system, so you will not have to sign or touch anything as part of your payment process.
- Your electrologist will manually set up your next appointment at the end of the session, or provide you access to our online booking system.
- Prior to and after your appointment, your electrologist will sanitize every possible touched surface, all cords, machinery, handles, bathroom fixtures, and more. Every sanitation protocol we have already been known for will continue, in addition to us wearing our protective masks, possibly face shields, fresh towels and sheets for each client, and as always, new gloves for your visit, new gloves for cleaning, then again new gloves for the client that follows you.
- For your safety and ours, though the County has eased this protocol, we continue to have no overlap of clients in the studio and no additional guests. Additionally, all our consultations are now via Facetime and/or Zoom. We will continue to go above and beyond for your protection and ours during this ever-changing time…. because we love you and want you to be safe!
