
LATEST ELECTROYOGI NEWS, PROTOCOLS, AND INFO: 3.23.23 and beyond

Dearest existing and prospective ElectroYogi Electrolysis clients. Buongiorno! Here I am to inform you beautiful, kind, patient, and resilient humans of the current protocols and processes here at ElectroYogi Electrolysis.
Pandemic notes first: as the highly contagious covid-19 virus stealthily surges on, affecting us all in dramatic ways, your safety and ours continue to be the #1 priority. My team and I continue to take every precaution, at all stages of this pandemic, for you and for me and my family’s health. All I ask of you is that you are vaccinated and that you take great care of yourself and your loved ones, and most of all, if you are sick, stay home. Having had COVID quite severely while traveling this summer (July 2022), despite constant masking in a now-unmasked world, I just wish for everyone’s safety and health in this wild time. My heart is with you all!
Secondly, and as you may know by now, this pandemic literally decimated the ElectroYogi team. When in 2019 we were once four incredible female electrologists, it is now currently just me, practicing electrolysis solo for the first time in 14 of 16 years of practice. This is heartbreaking for me as a business owner, and as an electrologist who so wants to help everyone with their unwanted hair. But unfortunately, due to all this, I am personally at maximum capacity. For this reason, I’ve closed my books to new clients at this time. My priority is to serve each and every one of our returning customers with all the time and attention, love and compassion they deserve, and to do that, there needs to be space on the schedule for people to get treated regularly.
Additionally, my wonderful new team member, Jahnia is also full after only two months here with us. We have a waitlist you can join by completing the following steps below.

Finally, dear humans, please email nicole@electroyogi.com to ask any questions you might have, but please also know that it may take up to a week to hear from me, as I’m busy seeing our existing clients and making sure they have the best care possible, as I would intend for any of you. If you are already on my waitlist, I go in order of emails received, and I save every one of them.
As we ride out the many waves of this pandemic together, as our climate changes rapidly, and as personal care practices continue to struggle with staffing and covid surges, I send all my love and wishes for your health, safety, and peace during this challenging time. Thinking of each and every one of you, with love, and hope to see you sooner than later, and to help you lovingly and joyfully become hair free permanently.

ELECTROYOGI PANDEMIC APPOINTMENT UPDATES, PROTOCOLS, AND PROCEDURES
- I kindly request that you continue to be healthy and masked when you come for your appointment, and notify us >48 hours in advance should you need to update or change your appointment, per our full charge cancellation policy (less than 24 hours is full-charge, between 24-48 hours is 50% charge of your booked treatment time).
- Upon arrival, please text your electrologist and wait in the beautiful outside seating area, rather than inside the office waiting room.
- Immediately upon arrival, please wash your hands or use our readily available hand sanitizer.
- When it comes time to check out, we have a completely contactless payment system, so you will not have to sign or touch anything as part of your payment process.
- We will manually set up your next appointment at the end of the session, or provide you access to our online booking system.
- Prior to and after your appointment, every possible touched surface, all cords, machinery, handles, bathroom fixtures, and more, is sanitized. Every sanitation protocol we have already been known for will continue, in addition to us wearing our protective masks, possibly face shields, fresh towels and sheets for each client, and as always, new gloves for your visit, new gloves for cleaning, then again new gloves for the client that follows you.
- For your safety and ours, though the County has eased this protocol, we continue to have no overlap of clients in the studio and no additional guests. Additionally, all consultations are now via Facetime and/or Zoom. I will continue to go above and beyond for your protection and ours during this ever-changing time…. because I love you and want you to be safe!
